Last entry I told you about selling another unit in Five Point's Chelsea Lofts, one of 3 sales I closed in June. In July, I brought the buyer to a terrific home in Avondale: 3029 Riverside Avenue.

Liz Bobeck continues selling streak in 5 Points

In February, Liz Bobeck and Josh Nugent sold out the remaining developer's units in The Chelsea Lofts to a single investor. Well, last month we did it again. We negotiated the sale of an individually owned unit to the same investor. These units are then put up for rental with Sago Real Estate.
